Pandit Baskaran teaches a technique known as Vedic meditation - a simple and effortless daily practice that anyone can learn. Practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, it calms the mind, rests the body and dissolves any built up stress and fatigue. A daily practice helps you become more present, creative and confident... putting you in touch with the true nature of life.
How do I learn?
The Vedic meditation course is taught over 4 x consecutive 90min sessions (4 x sessions over 4 x days). In the first session you’ll receive your own personal mantra and learn how to effortlessly enter the meditative state. Pandit Baskaran then refines your practice in the following three sessions, diving deeper into knowledge of the mind-body connection, the impact of stress, how to access creativity and tap into greater intuition. On completion of the course, you will be a confident daily meditator with a lifetime membership to the worldwide Vedic meditation community.
Is this for me?
Pandit Baskaran teaches in both English and his native Tamil language. He has over thirty years of meditation teaching experience and has personally taught over 80000 people! He teaches in a very simple and profound way, sharing the wisdom of the Veda easily and effortlessly. By the end of the 4 x sessions you will be a fully self-sufficient meditator with a practice to take into your daily life, making you less stressed and more alive!
